Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your bathroom purchases. Please review our policy below, which includes strict hygiene conditions.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for items in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once their original packaging has been opened, or the product has been installed or used:

  • All Bathroom Products after opening/use, including:

    • Shower Mats (once removed from packaging or placed on the floor).

    • Toilet Towel Racks (once installed or mounted).

    • Bathroom Cabinets (once assembled or installed).

  • Custom-sized, personalized, or final sale items.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or exposure to incompatible chemicals.

3. Return Process for Eligible Unopened Items

  • To Initiate: Contact our customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, sealed, and undamaged packaging.

  • Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for return packages lost in transit.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
To exchange an unopened item for a different color or model, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect straight out of its sealed package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the unopened packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
